This corner unit is highly requested and is situated on the 5th floor of the West Tower. It has an unobstructed view of the beach, pier, and the newly built Pier Park. This is the most luxurious of our three condos, it has three full baths ~one connected to each bedroom, a full laundry room, a private parking space in the garage directly under the tower, and full beach service (2 chairs & umbrella).
This elegantly decorated master suite (pictured above) will make you feel like a Queen (or King). This bedroom features a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress, large marble top dresser, and a nightstand. It also has access to the large corner balcony with views of the two beautiful lagoon shaped pools, tiki bar, beach, and pier. There is an adjoining spacious bath (pictured below)with garden tub and seperate shower, double vanity sink, and large walk in closet. There is also a wall mounted LCD television set. After a long day at the beach you can escape to your master suite!

The lively decorated guest bedroom (pictured above) contains a private full bath. From the room's queen size bed you can view the beach, pier, and the new Pier Park shopping complex.
The living/dining area (pictured above) is spacious, it contains double sliding doors and double side windows with beautiful views of the beach, pier, and Pier Park. There is a large LCD television set with DVD/VCR player and cable tv. This unit also has a large DVD/Video collection. The leather sofa makes into a queen size sleeper and there are two upholstered plush rocker recliners. There is also a wet bar, dining room table, bar counter, and well equipped kitchen that also give fantastic views of the beach and pier. The dining room table seats four, with the bar counter seating four as well. If you are in need of some extra sleep, this room is equipped with total blackout curtains which allow even the most sensitve sleeper a good nights rest.
The 3rd bedroom (pictured above) features 2 twin beds with a large closet and great views of Pier Park. There is a large television with cable tv. There is also an adjoining full bath that has access to the main hallway for convenience of your guests.
